DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1Ho Chi Minh Arrival
Timeline
- Welcome to Ho Chi Minh – the largest city of Vietnam. Our guide and driver will pick you up at the airport and transfer to hotel. Free at leisure
- Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 2Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast/Lunch)
Timeline
- 08:00AM: Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. We will visit the following places of interest:
- Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace.
- War Remnants Museum which has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.
- Notre Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times
- Jade Emperor Pagoda with the peaceful atmosphere &o many stories behind each detail of the pagoda.
- After a few hours discovering the city, you will enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant before we drive about 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi.
- Upon arrival, you’ll watch a brief of propaganda video, which explains how the tunnels were used to successfully defeat American military forces in combat.
- The tour continues and the guide explains some traps that were placed in the jungles of Vietnam to either maim American soldiers or create panic amongst the ranks.
- From here, you can enter one of the tunnel entrances and crawl through the tunnels is a real experience to imagine how people could live there for an extended period!
- There is a shooting range where you can try to fire an automatic or semi-automatic weapon for a fee (this fee is not included)
- Take some rest at the end for a taste of Cu Chi boiled tapioca and thinking what humans are capable of when having to defend their home.
- We drive back to Ho Chi Minh city and drop you to your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3Mekong Delta (Breakfast/Lunch)
Timeline
- 08:00 AM: Our guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, and drive 2,5 hours to Cai Be. We will stop along the way for refreshments and toilet. Here are some activities on the trip:
- Visit a flea market and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels of Mekong River.
- Have some fresh fruits and visit some local cottage industries (coconut candy workshop, snake wine, pop-rice, or rice paper)
- Visit an island named Tan Phong and a tropical fruit garden, listen to Vietnamese traditional music, and enjoy getting in touch with local life.
- Join a cooking demonstration and enjoy your wonderful lunch afterward.
- Take a cycling tour of about 30 minutes around the village -a fantastic way to experience local life.
- Get back to the house, say goodbye to your hosts.
- 05:30 PM: Arrive Ho Chi Minh, be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4Ho Chi Minh - Transfer To Mui Ne (Breakfast)

- 08:00AM: Say goodbye to Ho Chi Minh City today and drive to Mui Ne Beach in Phan Thiet, four hours north. Settle into your hotel and then head out to experience this vibrant fishing port renowned for making potent fish sauce. Phan Thiet is also the gateway to lavish beach resorts and Mui Ne’s towering dunes, which are particularly beautiful at sunset. Soak up the sun on the beach and end the day with a bowl of heavily-seasoned fish pho (herby noodle soup laced with fish).
Day 5Explore Mui Ne (Breakfast)
Timeline
- Spend the day in Mui Ne as you please. Relax on golden-sand beaches or try watersports; Mui Ne is a popular kitesurfing destination. Rise early to soak up local life at the morning market, when fishermen haul in buckets of prawns, fish, and crabs while restaurant owners barter for the best catch. Take a Jeep tour to Mui Ne’s red-orange sand dunes, where you can hike up wind-sculpted peaks and whiz back down on a sandboard.
- Optional activities include a late afternoon food tour where you’ll sample typical dishes like pha lau (a pork dish in coconut sauce), spring rolls, and banh xeo (rice pancakes with pork and seafood) and take a sunset coracle boat ride. You can also explore Mui Ne’s dunes on a Jeep tour to watch the sunrise over the white and red dunes. This includes visiting the Fairy Stream, a river that runs through the bottom of a dramatic canyon.
Day 6Transfer Back To Ho Chi Minh – Fly To Da Nang (Breakfast)

- You are free at leisure and transfer to the airport for flight to Danang. Once arrival in Danang, you will be warmly welcomed by our driver to transfer to the hotel in Danang to check-in. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7Ba Na hills – Golden Bridge (Breakfast/Lunch)
Timeline
- 09:00 AM: Be picked up at hotel in Da Nang. Transfer to Ba Na Hills (35km) and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na Hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, The Old Villas of French, the Golden Bridge…
- Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Ninh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour. Buffet lunch will be severed at the restaurant.
- In the afternoon, you will be free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (2 hours). Or discover Ba Na hills on your own.
- 03:00 PM: Back to the hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8Marble Mountains – Am Phu Cave – Monkey Mountains (Breakfast/Lunch)
Timeline
- 08:00 AM: We’ll pick you up at hotel and tranfer to Danang city (around 30km).
- 08:30 AM: Arrive in Marble Mountains and stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures – the most impressive handicrafts village in Danang.
- 09:00 – 10:30 AM: Check in the Marble Mountains by climbing up to the top (elevator is optional). Here we will see beautiful pagodas which were built from 19th century by the last dynasty of Viet Nam monarchy, visit Huyen Khong and Tang Chon caves.
- 10:30 – 11:00 AM: Keep going to see the biggest fascinated cave named as Am Phu. You will learn interesting philosophies of Buddhism and take photos with amazing natural creation.
- 11:00 AM: Have lunch at the local restaurant with local and authentic Vietnamese cuisines.
- 11:45 AM: Our van will transfer you to the next stop – Monkey Mountains. A giant statue Lady Buddha with beautiful background such as mountains and huge garden of bonsai would draw your attention. You will definitely get lost in the garden of heaven with gripping stories when gently walking and enjoy a fresh breeze.
- 01:00 PM: Tour ends and we will head back to your hotel.
Day 9Da Nang Departure (Breakfast)

- Today your Vietnam adventure comes to an end. Your driver will pick you up from hotel and transfer you to the airport to catch your flight back home.

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
