Day 1Cu chi tunnels - Mekong delta
Timeline
08:00: Transfer from hotel in Ho Chi Minh city by private car to Cu Chi Tunnel.
– Arrive at Cu Chi Tunnels after a 2-hour trip through beautiful landscape of countryside.
– Watch a short introductory video about their construction before entering the tunnels.
– Spend the next hour exploring the tunnel maze.
– Lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch, you will proceed to transfer to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam’s largest rice bowl. On arrival in My Tho, we embark on a boat navigating around the intricate small canals in the delta region, which is a great way to observe the local lifestyle close-up and catch a view dotted by many islands. The exciting excursion will pass the lush green vegetation before arriving at the famous Uni-corn Island. Here we will taste honey tea and coconut candy. Then you can enjoy local seasonal fruit and listening to local folklore singing. Take a sampan ride through mangroves and return to jetty. Head back to the city. Transfer to hotel for relax.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?
We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?
